Sunday Worship

10:30am at Lochee Baptist Chapel

What to expect

Sunday, the first day of the week, is an important day of rest for Christians. A day specifically set aside in the week to gather together to remember Jesus. We do this by reading, praying and singing the Bible together and so encourage, support and serve one another as a family, in preparation for the coming week of work.

SUNDAY SERVICE AT 10:30 AM
We praise God as we read, sing and pray the Bible and hear it explained by one of our pastors. The order of the service in written out in the bulletin sheet you will find on your chair as you come in.

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Don’t worry about what to wear, come in whatever you feel comfortable.

COME EARLY FOR A CUP OF TEA
There is tea and biscuits available before service from 10:15am. Come along for some chat!

WHAT ABOUT MY KIDS?
During the preaching time on Sunday we have a DIY creche in the back hall where you can still hear the sermon. We encourage all children of school age to sit together with their family and to support this we provide paper and pens for drawing and taking notes.

Why not come and join us and discover the life changing story of the Bible.

quote-left

CHILDREN ARE A HERITAGE FROM THE LORD, OFFSPRING A REWARD FROM HIM. LIKE ARROWS IN THE HANDS OF A WARRIOR ARE CHILDREN BORN IN ONE’S YOUTH. BLESSED IS THE MAN WHOSE QUIVER IS FULL OF THEM. THEY WILL NOT BE PUT TO SHAME WHEN THEY CONTEND WITH THEIR OPPONENTS IN COURT.
