“Fathers, do not provoke your children to anger, but bring them up in the discipline and instruction of the Lord” (Ephesians 6:4).
Family worship is the core way we fulfill this responsibility, training our children to glorify God, training them in the way of the Lord and there by establishing a family focused on Christ.
Suggested pattern
Mornings over breakfast: Chapter of Bible reading plan followed by short explanation, review a catechism question, sing song, pray for the day.
Evenings after dinner: Alternate between reading chapter/ section of doctrine, Church history or another christian book, pray and give thanks for the day.
